High Temperature Dip Stick???
damn, I'm with my 3rd one now, it lasted 1 day and got destroyed ...
my tube was tauching the turbo, but the most I was able to bend it was like 2mm off the turbo ... but still the rubber seal of the dip stick doesn't seal anymore
I'm with GReddy 15G on my D-series .. I guess I'll have to see where you guys are getting nice dip sticks from
oh, do not buy an OEM one, it keeps melting

can someone datalog some heat temps on the oem dipstick vs the GE dipstick? hehehe

With my GE, it always does stillg et real hot, I also run a top mount. There is no way around not ahving it heat up unless you wrapped everything. I always keep a rag in the engine bay to grab it anyways and check my oil level.
