Default hesitation?

when i nail it and say im in 2nd, once boost kicks in i hear the wastegate open but it feels like its laggy then it like kicks in again. could this be caused by stock plugs? BTW my set up is a T3 on a b18b with a 3.5 psi spring (yeah i know its a ***** amount but i havent installed my boost controller yet)

**EDIT** (forgot to post my fuel set up) im running 450cc DSM injectors on the SAFC hack. my settings are -35% for idle and -27% across the board. **/EDIT**

It's because your runing too rich, and runing overly rich is not good, its not as damaging as runing lean but it is damaging....
get some colder plugs gap them properly and get your car on a dyno.

run colder plugs for starters.

you could be rich or lean theres no telling without wideband usage.
