Heres my setup and fastest track time.....
Hey guys heres a list of my set up let me know what you think:
B18a Block sleeved by Golden Eagle
Bored 120 over to make it a 2.0L
JE pistons 9:1 CR
Crower rods
Gsr oil pump replaced w/ Prodrive oil pump gear
ARP head studs
Cometic head gasket
Port & polished head
Ferrea oversized valves
Crower dual valve springs
Crower titanium retainers
stock cams
Greddy 720cc injectors
AEM fuel rail
NOS fuel pressure regulator
Garrett T3 (stage 3, .63ar) T4e (.57 trim, .60 ar)
Stainless equal length manifold (same one Sav uses from Impo)
3" downpipe custome done by me
Drag 3 intercooler
I/C piping, 2" from turbo to i/c and 2 1/2" from i/c to intake mani
Tial 40mm wastegate (.65 bar spring)
Tial 50mm blow off valve
Zdyne gold ecu
3 bar Map sensor
Mobile 1 synthetic motor oil
-4AN oil feed stainless & -10AN oil return
OK as far as time slips go, I was at the Maple Grove IDRC on Sunday and this is the fastest of four runs.
R/T ... .823
60' ... 2.269
330 ... 5.862
1/8 ... 8.724
mph ... 85.55
1000 ... 11.176
1/4 ... 13.242
mph ... 108.17
this was on Fualken Azenis @ .65 bar and with a 2 1/4" exhaust. I am very pleased with the results thus far and I have a lot of things on a wish list i.e. 3" exhaust, better intake mani, DSS stage 3, and slicks!!! I noticed that my car loses power from 6000-8000 rpms b/c I assume the exhaust. I went out tuning w/ my friend last night w/an open DP and it feels soooo much faster (also b/c it was at 1.0bar). thanks Honda-tech F.I. forum for all the help, Evan

Thanks for posting the timeslip, but no workee......I know I can go to Atco other nights than Thursday, but I work retail and job hours conflict with fun time with the car. I need that 3" exhaust bar before I turn the boost up anymore. I may attempt to drive to Atco again tonight and run 1.0 bar w/open DP. I'll let you know, -Evan

Damn Evan. Its about time you got that thing on the road! Looks good man. Sounds like all your runs were very traction limited. You gotta come check us out at the store and take a looky around.
My block should be done shortly....Darton 81mm sleeved with JE 9.8:1, crower rods and dual springs, same turbo, ferrea valves throughout, venom intake, hondata, 550's, etc etc....
I need to get to the track soon!!!!

Re: Heres my setup and fastest track time..... (AGen2integra)
sweet G2 turbo
What are the dimensions on that IC?
What bumper do you have 90-91 or 92-93?
Did you have to modify the bumper to fit the IC?
Plumbing: 2" (ID or OD?) from turbo sleeves right into the IC pipe, right? that way boost doesnt leak around the outside of the IC pipe?
Zdyne gold: did that eliminate one O2?
Because of the larger bore, you now have the displacement for a larger trim than that
Drag 3 intercooler
I/C piping, 2" from turbo to i/c and 2 1/2" from i/c to intake mani
Zdyne gold ecu
I/C piping, 2" from turbo to i/c and 2 1/2" from i/c to intake mani
Zdyne gold ecu

Re: Heres my setup and fastest track time..... (Quick 200k Mile Motor)
hes got a 90 bumper and he had to cut the mouth out alot of the bumper.
i think he just cut the lip off of the bottom of the bumper support and just bolted the i/c to the bottom of it.
the zdyne still uses the o2 sensor

Quick 200k: thanks for the compliment
dimensions of the intercooler.......doh..I forget I think something like 22"l x 8"h x 2"d I dunno I'll check when it stops raining.
90 bumper
no real modifying, I just drilled two holes for bolts to go through the bumper support and bingo.
I had to cut a bunch of the middle outof the bumper shell and some of the side pocket holes in the bumper
I went with this size b/c cost and not too much modifying of the bumper.
I'm pretty sure that the I/C pipe is o.d. b/c I measued the o.d. of the compressor and it was 2". I dont think any boost leaks around the intercooler pipe, I did have a problem blowing the lower i/c pipe until we welded the sickest 90 degree angled pipe ever.
As far as the Zdyne goes, I am only using one o2 sensor anyway. I pretty sure you will always need that with any Zdyne setup.

Re: Heres my setup and fastest track time..... (AGen2integra)
thanks for answering my questions as much as possible
I might've asked wrong. The PR3/PW0 uses two o2 sensors. One to tune cylinders 1 & 4, and the other to tune for cylinders 2 & 3 ..making it difficult to go turbo.
What I really meant to ask was.. does the Zdyne gold ecu eliminate one O2 without disabling closed loop?
And it turns out you said you only use one O2, but do you find any difficulties (hesitation) below 4000rpm (closed loop) with that ecu?

http://www.urbanracer.com/gallery/ga...2&box=&shownew=
the first pic he is in the backround, the second pic it looks like his car is faster than ari's(because of ari's reaction time), and the last pic he got his *** handed to him
