Is this just a planning or you already got it?
why use a greddy manual boost controller when you got all the other good stuff.
Use the AEM EMS's boost option to contol boost.
compression is a little high for me but that's just me ( I ain't trying to be hero and not able to boost 22psi plus.)
ball bearing waste of money.
You should really add sleeving and throw the block guard away.
Picking stage 5 clutch you are either never had a stage 5 or you don't care bout your transmission.
wilwood big brake kit? Are you gonna use slicks?
Denso injectors- what's the fitment like? plug right in?

I have similar configuration on my car but it pretty much full race. Gulp lots of gas.

One more thing, why rev only to 7800-8000 rpm when you have head work?

If you are tearing it down enough to put in rods and pistons go and get the damn block decked and sleeved at Golden Eagle instead of using some crappy Nuformz block guard. Yeah sure it costs way more, but you are spending a ton as it is and why half *** it.

Oh yeah, I didn't check but throw on the z10 block girdle too. Cheap insurance.

no its not a plan, car is assembled, awaiting the dyno, all we need is a new wastegate spring for my tial, and the wastegate flange for the manifold. after thinking about sleeves, i decided against it, this is just a temporary motor for my integra. the greddy manual is a good piece but ill probably ditch it and use a high/low boost switch off the aem. i use to have a stock turbo ls settup with a t3/t04e a kooks mani, same spearco front mount, fmu, 440 inj, etc and i used the stage 5. it was fine, good clutch in my opinion. if i had the money i would have gotten a tilton or an osg, but hey my cm's st5 should hold all the power im making fine. and as for the compression, they are 9.8:1 wiseco for a gsr, making the compression more like 9.5:1 in an ls i believe. the injectors plugged right in from what i was told, i didnt build the car, i just picked out the stuff that went into it. and if i did sleeve the block, i would have used darton sleeves, not golden eagle. and the ball-bearing option, i picked the 60-1 new from a friend for 1100, good price, figured the extra spool would be useful somewhere oh yeah and the slicks the car is wide body, i run a 255/35/18 up front, no real need for a slick plus the car wont see the track that much, only long highway runs

who's tuning the ems? i'd be curious to see your maps when you are finished. will you have a switch for stutter box or data logging?
