I think that FAQ isnt paid for because it was done by a mod.

Mods do not allow stickys for paying sponsors. No sponsor gets a sticky. Sponsorship costs about $100 per month and well worth it (I am a sponsor also).
If you are a FORUM sponsor, H-T ownership allows 2 stickys as part of the $750 charge. So far only the FI forum has been sponsored and that is by Wired SpeedLab and ImportParts.com on alternating months.
If you guys come up with a good FAQ program thread, all of the active mods in this forum can make it happen for everyone.

Well the intrest in this topic has been high considering all the views it gets. If one of the mods makes an "official" FAQ thread and starts it im sure others will follow with info.
