help trying to build a turbo car for the street 550+
need help building a 550+ turbo car b20vtec motor sleeved 84mm ported head supertech valvetrain with oversized valves either skunk2 pro1 or tuner 1 cams.
my question is whether to do a high comp or low comp boost setup. car is not going to be a track car prob will get some track passes but is mainly for the weekends on the street. also im trying to know what are things i can do to grab traction on the street as fast as i can and not break it once i have it. will be running on a s300 boost by gear 2.
so my main questions are high or low comp, how can i grip better, and what kinda setup i can do on 93 pump vpower shell gas ask me questions all you want ill respond asap tryna have this built my next summer

well, if your boosting by gear, the tuner can make the changes so that you hook.
you can go either way with a low boost high comp or high boost with low comp.. or be somewhere in the middle.
depends on what you want to do

personally i would go with around 10:1 compression. You could make the power you want on less boost.
as for traction you can fine tune the boost by gear. I would also run a drag radial because the b20 will make a decent amount of torque. Also make sure you have a good alignment, camber will effect the ammount of tire that actually touches the ground
