Default Help with Torque Specs Engine

Does anyone know what are the Torque Specs for ARP
EAGLE + ARP RODS
ARP HEADSTUDS for B16A Engine with OIL

Also when i torque the rods, do i torque them dry or with oil?

Also what ROD Bearing Clearance should i shoot for?

And What should the MAINS Clearance be?
