ARP torque specs

ARP torque specs
i did a search and coould find ****. but anyway....
what are the torque specs for 3/8 arp rod bolts on eagle rods for a b18a/b? 28ft/lbs keeps coming to mind but im not too sure. and lastly what do u guys torque your arp headstuds to(factory headgasket, non o-ringed block)...just outta curiosity. i usually do about 75ft/lbs
the is all for b18b block and b16head
