help, too much boost, wtf?!
I drove my car today after the winter break. The Greddy boost controller is off, so I should see only 0.45 Bar boost (setted wg spring), rigth? But why is it going to 0.9 Bar? Something wrong with my Profec B?
This happens all the time since I have the meng tubular manifold. Is it possible it flows to good for a 35mm tial wg?
What should I do?

did you ever run without the boost controller? if so did it run at .45 bar before? if not do you have the vacuum lines hooked up correctly on the wastegate?

yeah, it is all correct. It is after I installed the meng manifold. I saw 0.45 Bar with the DRAG manifold when I had the Profec off.
I never run w/o a boost controller. Will try to disconnect the hose on the wg.

is the boost creeping? or is it just going to .9 bar and holding...or does it feel like it will go even higher if you keep pushing it.
one of the lines needs to be disconnected from the wastegate if you aren't using your boost controller. i forget which one.

no boost crep, it holds the boost. The gauge is not off. The car pulls much to hard if it would be only 0.45 Bar. Yup, it is the top one.
Well, I hate not to adjust boost ........I am safe up to 1.4 Bar.

if you have two vacuum lines connected to your wastegate...just disconnect one of them...it should solve your problem.
yea..not just any of the two lines...the correct one

MY top of the wg is attached to the boost controler while the lower wg opening is going to the manifold. Should I make that one to the manifold bigger?
