Help with spark plug reading. Ls/vtec turbo

Not sure if this is the right section but here it goes. Need some help with reading this spark plug. It just looks odd with the 2 bands on the ground strap not sure what to make of it. Anybody else have a little more experience on the subject?

Setup:

Tuning on crome pro.
Ls/Vtec
12-1 compression
8lbs of boost
1000cc injectors
Tuning on e85
