Default help?? sohc turbo p08

the best safety compresion for d16 turbo daily driven (1 bar boost, T25, P08 head, low comp pistons)
..now i'm running 7 for compresion, i think there is to low,...

7 is stupidly low. "Safe" is all relative to who is tuning the car for you.

How does your motor even make power with a compression of 7?

The motor doesn't - that tiny little T25 is making up for how painfully low his compression is.

OP, the whole point of lowering compression is to raise boost and make more power. Running 1 BAR through a T25 with THAT MUCH of a compression drop is...painful. You could get a LOT more power out of it running more boost.

Get it back to the stock 9.2:1. If you run forged internals, get it up around 10:1. If you don't want to rebuild your motor again, raise your boost. Let your tuner up the boost as far as he says is safe.
