Default help with my b16a2 build...

Im new to the honda scene but I did do some research on what I wanna do, anyways my goal is 420whp (mid-high 11's) I narrowed down all the block parts so help me out with pricing here. My concept is to get a 98 EX shell and drop a b16a2 in it,bore out the cylinder walls to 2.0, im gonna try to make 350whp on an unsleeved bored block at first then sleeve it when I run more PSI. Anyways im going to use all used bolt ons w/used turbo kit. My budget is to build it under 12k. These are all ballpark numbers. So here it goes..

B16a2 motor - $600.00 used
GSR transmission - $700 used
GSR cams - $400.00
Eagle rods - $400.00
Head studs - $140.00
Rod Bearings - $100.00
Rod bolts - $100.00
Pistons (forged) - $600.00
Clutch+Flywheel - $1,400.00
Hondata s200 - $600.00 used?
Turbo kit GT3076r - 1,200 used?
LSD helical - $500.00
Stage 3 axles - $1,100

Brakes -13" 4 piston calipers (wilwood)
Sway + Strut Bar -300 used?
OEM B16a2 Rims - $600.00

I know I'm missing alot of stuff and I was hoping you guys could help me out with the rest of the list, im new to hondas and yes I did search, but would all the parts I mentioned be enough for 350whp unsleeved and 420whp sleeved? I really hope I can build it on a budget under 12k.

Because the clyinder walls are too thin. under boost you will prob blow your headgasket too not enough surface area from cylinder to head gasket. If you want to go 84mm you need to get it sleeved on boost.

nice..i new I was planning something wrong, well what If i start with a b18b, its already low compression and i got more displacement to work with, so if I bore out the cylinder walls to 84 will I have to sleeve it for 350whp?

if u goin to bore a stock sleeve motor, u should jus buy a b20 block and it already at 84mm so u dont have to bore it.

for $400 you can get something better than used GSR cams. for like $200 more you can get skunk 2 cams. also with the 13" brakes your severly limiting your choice of wheels and tires. Stock is fine just upgrade the rotors, pads and lines. Get the hondata S300 instead of the S200 and if your not going for 600hp you dont need to spend $1,400 on a clutch and fly wheel, buy a heavy duty single disc and use that money you saved towards something else.

thx for the advice and yea you're rite I didnt even think about the brake size at first, im deffinetly not sporting 18's just to have those brakes.I wish someone had like a build list with ballpark prices for my hp goal. Should I stick with a ls non vtec b18b or a gsr motor? I dont like the sound of high compression with boost, I deffinetly cant afford sleeves at the moment so maybe I should stick with the stock sleeves at about 350whp if thats the max amount they hold up to.

if you wait on some deals or get rid of some of the things on your list you will be able to afford sleeves, but 350 on stock sleeves is easily do able. just make sure you spend some money on a good tuner.
