My friend has a 99 Si with the basic rev hard 2c kit on it. He wants to go into the bottom end before he boosts on it. Right now hes at 4 psi and the car is pretty sad. Hes worried that if he turns up the boost he may damage something. I tried to tell him he can get away with 8 easily but he refuses to listen. All he wants is 10-12 psi on his set up.

Here is what I was thinking. Since all he wants is 12 psi he can stay on stock sleeves with no worries. Also I wanted to bump up the compresion to give him a little more power since hes only gonna boost 12 max. I was thinking 10.5 or so (did some research and SRP makes that piston). For rods on his set up the Eagles are more than enough. For fuel we are gonna try to get away with some DSM 450cc squirters but well see ( I hope they will be big enough). For fuel management I wanna do hondata but he doesent wanna cough up the money for it . So it looks like we are gonna be doing the ol AFC hack job (his choice not mine). Head and intake mani will both remain stock. He doesnt wanna have a really fast car, just one that makes good power and is reliable. If anyone has any input on this please post up what you think. After all that is why I made this post so I can get everyones opinions. Thanks!!
