help identify turbo

k it says .63 on the hot side and .60 on the cold but i dunno what brand turbo this is anyone know and how will it spool up on a gsr here are some pics

Ahh.. the E-bay master plan. Only way to know is to remove the covers and measure the wheel inducer and exducer sizes. That wonderful "stamping" that shows what the unit is labeled, is a bunch of mumbo-jumbo anyway.
