help with turbo identification plz

is this an ebay turbo or no

it loooks like one but has no markings

i got a turbo but wanted another spare but he says its not an ebay, could he be right

No one can answer that question until you (or your seller) as removed the compressor and exhaust wheels and make measurements to determine what the possibilities are . Just by seeing those numbers and the turbo as a whole tells us nothing.
