Concerning the highlighted items:

1) Block guard- it's not necessary for your goal. If you haven't purchased it yet, save your money or put it towards something else in your build.

2) Stage 4 clutch - If you're gonna go with the 550 whp goal, the stage 5 sprung 4 puck will be a better choice. If you're gonna stick with the 450 goal, you're fine with the stage 4.

3) Hondata S200 - S300 would be a better choice, with more options.

4) Ebay turbo manifold - IF this is, in fact, the Ebay/SSAC/or OBX manifold, I'd suggest you ditch it, and go with something with better quality. Those manifolds are made of very thin & weak steel, and are prone to breaking and stress cracks. I have had two (the equal length & top mount), and both ended up cracking at the WG flange (the top mount ended up breaking all the way off!), as well as cracks in the header flange.

But to answer your question, yes, your setup will net you your goal. With that being said though, I still would steer towards the lower end of that goal (450 whp), assuming you're gonna be running pump gas. 550 whp can be achieved on pump fuel yes, but your tuner's margin for error is gonna be minimal, not to mention, the high cylinder pressures associated with 550 whp is gonna be tough on those stock sleeves. Either way, discuss it with your tuner, good luck with the build.
