I spliced with connectors that would run the original wires to the A/B/C/(D) pin connections and would allow the blue box connector to be connected at the same time.
I have a 00 Si that runs with the AEM. When I need to pass emissions I take out the AEM, slap in the stock ECU along with the blue box and I'm ready to roll. When I pass I return to the AEM and have fun again. I'll try and get a picture of it tomorrow or something.
The blue box connector is always connected. It's kinds setup for plug-n-play, but getting to that point was a pain. GL!

hahaha, main dif is, the bluebox= untunable, meant to be used with stock injectors, up to 6 lbs. emanage= tunable
me currently running 10lbs on bluebox, with stock inj's. got right next to me a emanage that im prepping(labeling) the harness to replace the bluebox, and some 450's
