Default HELP Clocking a Turbo

sup guys..im trying to clock my turbo ...i followed all instructions on loosening the 6 bolts on both sides, but now it just wont turn...doesnt budge at all and all bolts are definitely loosened enough.....the turbo is on right now and id rather leave it on, but i may have no choice but to remove it and try clocking it then....

anyone run into a similar problem...? any suggestions on how to make this damn thing turn...i just need it to turn 90* clockwise to get the oil return on the bottom on stop the oil spitting..
