Default turbo oil return *help*

i cannot get my turbo to move so that i can make the oil return closter to my oilpan.
what bolts make it so i can move the return?

also whats the best cheep diy way to do the oilpan?

t3/t4 turbonetics revhard hit on sohc jdm d15b

remove the turbo, loosen the exhaust side bolts and clock the turbo

if your turbo is new it should spin pretty freely once you loosen the bolts. do not remove the bolt, just loosen
