Help with cams..

Here's my situation.
As you all know, I have two Hondas. In my Civic, I have a B20B block with B16A head, stock internals. In my Integra, I have a B18C engine, with ITR spec98 cams + AEM trutime cam gears.
Now, I hear that having these particular cams is not really that good in a turbocharged environment. And my B20B feels sluggish. Should I swap the cams from both cars, giving the B20B the ITR cams (without the cam gears) and put the B16A cams into my teg (which would be adjustable, since I have the cam gears)?

no one can help me with this at all?
basically what i'm hearing, is that you can make more power in a turbocharged environment with B18C/B16A cams than with ITR cams, because of the amount of overlap.. i'm a little confused about the whole thing, but I know my B20B will benefit from the ITR cams, but will my B18C like the idea of running on B16A cams?

Well, would there be any advantage over the ITR cams by running B16A cams in my boosted B18C? I don't want to have a half-ITR half-B16A cam mixture in my B20B, I don't think it would like it that much..
