Its creeping to 11 or more ...dont know how high it was going because my hondata 4bar is on order...its creeping around 11 or so at 6500-7000 rpm.. My wg open not connect to down pipe..vacuum is one line all the way to the intake manifold and just running off the wg.The my set-up is...full build 2.0L ls-v, 9.6:1, ported head, 68mm tb, eldbrock intake manifold, full race top mount, garrett gt35 w/ .82 ar. any help will do thanks....

I would move the wg boost line to the turbo compressor housing, instead of the manifold. Also, have you taken the tial apart to verify what spring it has installed?

The wg might be too small or have a bad placement (teardrop) on the manifold. I had to run a 60mm wastegate/gt35 with my 90* 2.5 bend coming out of the manifold, because we didnt have the room for it to exit and teardrop straight out of the manifold.

this isnt uncommon at all, i always recommend twin gates or a 60mm on any gt35r with a manifold thats power oriented and not WG oriented, especially if they have a ported head.

i dont think wg placement is the problem ...its is teardrop like yours in the picture...was thinking the same...i need a bigger wg...i have the same manifold as picture here...

Like stated above move your vaccumm line from the wastegate to the manifold over to the compressor housing on the turbo and see if that helps any

Why are you trying to run 5psi on a 35R w/ a topmount in the first place? have you tried a higher boost level and see if it stables out?

Minus the wastegate flange, this would be a better design. Your manifold actually has the entry for the wastegate going in the OPPOSITE directions. Not a good design. The exhaust should flow into the wastegate.

Re: HELP.!! BOOST CREEP W/ FULL RACE TOP MOUNT
yeah i drive it now and then...and yea it tuned but we limit the rpm so it cant creep over 10lbs of boost puls i have lean cut with s300 on...so if it goes lean, lean-cut kick in...still wainting on my 4bar from hondata...and retune
