hey guys , im wondering what headgasket to go with the new block . currently im running a cometic .43 mls headgasket . i have no complaints about it and wouldnt mind running another one . but im wondering if it will be good with a sleeved block , or should i just go with oem?

 

are you running stock bore?? if so then yes oem or cometic.. u can also check out goldeneagle for headgaskets...

I am running a Cometic HP as recommended by Endyn (The builder of my block)

 

if you have a golden eagle sleeved block (and they did the machine work) they recommend an oem headgasket (GE doesnt' sell overbored D-series hg's though ) OR a cometic NON-hp.

 

i think ill go with the cometic hp stock bore then

cool... dood if u find a place to order it from ask them if they have a 77mm .030" d16 headgasket in stock because i ordered one months ago from race engineering and they don't have it

OE gaskets, GE overbored if applicable.
