what is the difference in headgasket thickness'
i want to run a copper headgasket for my car.
and they have diffent thickness' ranging from 0.8mm to 3.0mm
what would be the difference with going thicker vs thinner?

Why do you want to run copper?They work ok in a race application but can be a little finicky sealing water.If you can use a mls gasket than do that.I would only use a copper gasket if there was no other alternative.

well i was told it would be better for my application because i have a 1.3 dohc swift gt running over 20 psi. but i was probably going to turn it down and run around 15-17 psi. if i am running more than 20 then i would do it. but i wanted to know the diffence in thickness'
