Default Using a liquid gasket with a headgasket?

Well I tried to use the 2 layer OEM gasket to try and make the compression a little higher, but I don't think it's sealing correctly. So, this spring break I'm gonna take her apart and put a new unaltered one on. My question is, is there anything I can put on the headgasket to help it seal better. Like a copper paste or anything? Just wanna make sure it seals real good next time.

you can use a copper spray or the can that comes with the stick in to apply like a paste. get it at your local auto parts stores.

hey man

just use the copper gasket spray, I use it on all b20 and ls vtec setups. A buddy of mine has also used it at the track with a blown head gasket. Took the head off and copper sprayed the **** out of the blown gasket and then made 3 more passes without any problems.... so I would use it for any sealing probs.

peace
