Ok i have a question i just boosted my b16 and i am running 8.5 psi on a stock motor and i have no problems so far but i just want to know how many people blow there stock headgasket? The main thing i am woried about is just that the head gasket not holding up to the boost. Since it is probably the weakest thing other than the head studs so again my question is how many people blow there stock head gasket or stretch head studs and how long was it boosted for be for it happened.

stock headgasket will be fine. upgrade head studs though...

 

so you dont think i will have any probs with the stock on at all? it has like 50,000 on it.

 

replace it with an OEM one if you are worried about it...

there are plenty of people running OEM gaskets on 500+whp honda's.

 

and how often do stock head studs strech and at what boost level?

stock head bolts dont stretch after they are torque. I've seen many built motors with stock head bolts making 600 hp @ 25psi
