I'm doing a turbo build on my d16y7. Bone stock motor ran 11lbs of boost for 5 years and finally popped. Bought a new block. Gonna have a bore of 77mm and running eagle h beam forged rods and cp or nipton low compression pistons. Cometic head gasket, arp headstuds, stock crank. My question is. How many lbs of boost can I run if I leave my head stock. Everyone ask about how much hp and how many lbs a stock block will hold. Ive done a lot of research and haven't seen any questions asked about a stock y7 head. Thanks guys!

No one asks about the head because the head doesn't hold any pressure. Think about how an engine works - there's no explosions going on in the head.

Maybe OP means how long will the head gasket and head studs hold up?
