I bought the my exhaust studs at Ace Hardware, then got some stainless bolts for them and haven't had any problems with it.

I put two nuts on it, tightened them against each other to lock them down, very carefully ran a tap through the holes to get them cleaned out, then put some high-temp loc-tite on it and tightened it using the outer nut of the two. I've had 23 PSI turbo setups on it, ran N/A for a bit, and now have a supercharger and haven't had to mess with the exhaust fasteners. Just make sure you have a good flex section in there, back when I used to have a straight pipe all the way back I used to have problems with the exhaust nuts coming loose.
