Default Please help get a broken header stud out.

When i was tightening the header bolts, one of the studs broke. There is a good halfinch of stud out because of the tickness of the stock header flange.
What is the best way to get this stud out. Please help.

thanks.

Try vice grips.

vice grips might work, but also there is also a stud removal kit that you can buy. you can find it at sears (no , i don't work for sears) just ask a salesperson there. the kit comes with many different sizes and cost about 15 bucks.

hEY I Saw the Sears lil video on that screw n bolt remover, and its pretty cool. like a weird bit u put on your drill and it reverses the broken screws n bolts out.

im sorry but a drill with a reversed threaded bit, it only good for removing loose screws, not large bolts and studs that ar torqued down good.
