rusted header bolt need help fast

rusted header bolt need help fast
my friend is taking off his header on his 95 civic. the actual header bolts themselves are not rusted at all from what we can see but the header cover bolts are. we got three of the four off but the bottom bolt is rusted on tight and now completely stripped. how do we go about removing the bolt now?

if it's just the bolts to the heat shield and it's stripping, then break it off.
