Default Having some issues with my set up

OK so heres the deal guys. I have a turbo ls that is burning oil bad on idle, especially when i stop. It doesnt smoke on a cold start only once its warm and i idle for a little. I just replaced the valve stem seals and the head gasket, and there is no debris in my coolant. Also the turbo is freshly rebuilt like less than 1000 miles on it. Im running 10 psi on a stock ls.

However I do have high oil pressure, something like 90-95psi on a cold start and once its warm at idle its 25-27psi. Also while driving, anything past 3000 rpms my oil pressure gauge is at like 95-100. I dont really see or smell any oil only when I stop it smokes a little then it starts huffing smoke until I start driving again. On top of that I noticed there is a little bit of oil residue in my BOV outlet. I pulled the pipe and there is no oil in the pipe or at the throttle body. So that has me stumped as well

I currently do not have a catch can on my setup and just ordered all the parts, so now Im just waiting, but does this sound like an issue with crankcase pressure or is it something else? Any help would be appreciated I cant stand this thing smoking anymore

Compression only tells 1 side of a 3 way story.

Do a leak down test..then report back. Compression testing test "1" ring , which is at the top.

Your oil control rings are going out. As the motor gets hotter, it expands.. the rings aren't expanding with the walls. Your oil control rings are going out probably already out.

very true completely forgot to do a leak down test. I'm going to try to do it today if I can and post the results.

I also noticed that there is oil on the front of the block, its coming out of where the dipstick goes into the block, as well as the turbo is not spinning at idle. From what I gather it depends on the turbo if it will spin or not but a few shops I stopped by to have them take a look seem to agree that it should be spinning at idle.

So I finally found the problem with my car. Oil is coming out of the dark grey bolt on the back of the hotside housing. What failed and how does this happen?

The picture was taken directly under the turbo if that makes a difference
