The setup is an sc61 with an inline pro mani on a gsr bottom end (84mm sleeves) with 9.2:1 static cr. I'm using an avc-r along with a tial 38mm. Here's the problem: On pump gas I'm tuning for 1.2 bar (about 17.5psi), however I dont reach full boost until redline. You can practically draw a linear graph of rpm versus psi because as the rpms increase, so does boost. Obviously I want to hit full boost a lot sooner than that. Right now the duty on my avc-r is set at 80% for 1500-4500rpm and 70% from 4500-redline. I could raise the duty to 90% but do you really think that will make enough difference? I'm thinking something else might be the problem. Any ideas?
