Have questions on changing turbos
You'll need a manifold that will accept the external wastegate.
You'll need external wastegate itself. Tial or turbonetics works fine.
You'll also need a wastegate dump tube..either routed back into the downpipe or dumped somewhere where heat wont ruin anything.
That's pretty much it...other then that...you'll have to block off your internal wastegate hole with the correct flange with correct bolts for your turbo.
Get rid of your internal wastegate if you're serious about turbocharging.

i have to disagree with the loss of the internal gate if you are serious about boosting, i had an internal gate on my t-type spooling 30-33 psi, no issues. if you arent having creep/spike issues and are happy with the boost you are running, you dont need an external gate. BUT if you are looking to upgrade, then the above is true. just my o.o2.
the only reason i say that, is i have seen too many ghetto hack jobs adapting an external gate to an internally gated manifold. they are atrocious. but again if you are going to go with a bigger turbo, different combination, then it may necessitate an external gate.
