Default wastegate flange???

Okay I am steping up the setup in my car quite a bit. The manifold and wastegate are like the only things that I kept from the last setup. Well since I am looking to push about 25is psi I have been told that I am going to run into problems with the wastegate only being a 38mm. So my question would be. Can I take my manifold to a shop and have them cutoff the 38mm flange and weld a bigger one on and step up the wastegate. I am wanting to do this to save money due to the fact I would have tpo buy a new manifold wastegate downpipe. So is it possible??

Or add another 38mm gate.

running a lot of boost you dont need a big wastegate. you only need a lot of wastegate when you want to turn that turbo down.
