I've seen their auctions on ebay. It's an ISO9000 company, so it should be ok. The only thing I'd be worried about is the fact that SS Auto Chrome sells them.
They are extremely cheap for ball bearing turbos.

Yep I have heard of them. I don't know anyone running them but they seem like good turbos especially for the price. B18Bturbo sells them. There based in Brazil...

I would be worried about this... seems fishy... anyone wanna comment about what could be ball bearing and yet be thrust bearings?

a thrust bearings is a flat peice that sits exactly right behind the turbines against the center housing. there is usually some seals then the bearing, so no they cannot be 1 peice. as for ball bearing, spin it, if it spins and psins ans spins then it's ball bearing. there are a lot of peopel who try to pass off normal bearing as ball bearing or "liquid ball ebaring" this is nothing mroe than the way "NORMAL" oil luberication operates evein in normal bushing style. anyways, i'ld say this guys is eitehr trying to take you for a ride, or he doesn't know anything about the turbo systems and is quiting stuff some shop told him. physically look the turbo over. check shaft play, check the numbers too for sizes. See who manufactured the turbo as well. it's probebly a bushing style turbo which is the normal one like most of us use.
