hack and 450cc injector help...
Ok I'm still new to the boost world and I just put my turbo back on.....I just installed some 450CC 2nd gen GST injectors last night with the 88-91 Injector resistor box...But I'm running a Fields Vtec controller....can I do something similar as the hack because it also manipulates the map sensor???
Now the car idles nasty and I haven't retarted the timing at all and I'm learning that I need to through research on the hack....also I have check valves and I also have an FMU??? should I take the last two off?
my fuel setting can only be changed on 1,000 rpm incriments....and I'm sitting only at -13 tapering down to like -4 @7,000??? the car flutters or is detonating as if I go full throttle at anytime.

You should definetly take off your FMU and any check valves if you have an AFC. And your fuel curve should go the opposite way. start at -13 and then go up to like -20, but you shouldn't go over -38
I was freaked out because everything I see is about an APEXI...but now that I'm thinking about it you mean Air Fuel Controller. Cool I'm gonna probably start there and see what happens. With the Fields I can't go past -30 percent and it's only in 1,000 increments not 500... But it works off the same concept except I don't have that pressure option that I've read about with the Apexi....the problem is I don't have a Wide band o2 but that's what I'm gonna work on next. Well lets see if this works and I don't Blow my motor! my brother just blew his **** running lean on too much boost. I'm sitting at just below .5 bar....thanks for the help so quick!
