H23
Ive searched alot, there isnt a whole lot of info on boosted H23's as there is for H22's. Anyhow i have a list of all the turbo accessories and such for my motor. I am not sure if this is the right section for this but How much psi can i run in a stock block?
About a month after i boost, i am purchasing Crower Stage 2 Cams for boosting, some springs/retainers.. Cam gears and Pulleys. I know that isn't really internal work but its a start.
I also read on forums that you can run 10/15psi on the H23 stock block? i find that hard to believe. My goal is for a 250WHP daily driver.

If you are only shooting for 250whp I wouldn't worry about the cams and head work you were considering; put your money towards solid internals and the turbo accessories. As far as how much boost a stock bottom end can handel really depends on the condition of your bottom end. Get a leak down and compression test done and these numbers will help you decide on the state of your combustion chambers.

Solid Internals?
Well why not get Shafts? i will fee; a bit safer with them. My goal is 250whp but i may want to got 275/300.

Even up to 300whp stock drive shafts should hold up unless you are going to be running slicks and really launching hard. In the 250-300whp range a big concern becomes uneven wheel spin so an investment in an LSD might be worth your consideration.

Re: H23 (carnot)
i'm hoping for around 230hp'ish on my h23 with a t3/to4e @ 7psi. so far she's daily driven, and hopefully will keep it that way. i wouldn't go over 8psi on a DD stock block.
like carnot said, dont even worry about camshafts and headwork, but that money in the bottom end if you can
*edit* and hopefully my sh*t will be in next week. will keep you updated
