YES, That turbo is waaaaaaayyyyy to small for the H22 VTEC

 

That is a very small turbo for the amount of displacement you have! You may want to look into at least a T3 with these specs:

.63 A/R Turbine Housing
Staeg III Turbine

.60 A/R Compressor Housing
Super 60 Compressor Wheel

If you have the money, spend the extra cash for a T3/T04E. The Turbine specs shoudl be the same but the compressor should be:

.50,.54,.57 or .60 A/R Compressor Housing
50,54,57 or 60 Trim Compressor Wheel
