still having this issue.... tryed putting the rad outside the car with the fan as a puller..
the car didn't overheat as mutch as before but still stayed at 200.

one thing was strange tho... when I would pinch the bottom hose the water wouldn't come out of the rad cap (left it open) It was like if there was no pressure done by the water pump.

Souldn't the water shoot out of the rad cap when left open if I block the flow from the bottom hose? How can I know if the water pump is doing is job .... or could there be something wrong with the water flow...

When the rad cap was on the rad the hoses would expend like if there was pressure building up ... (I tryed several rad cap and the results were all the same)

help :`(

just wanted to say you have a sweet EG. richard did all my turbo setup also. i saw your car at the shop for a long time. im also having overheating problems on my ls/vtec with a gt28 in my DA9. and my intercooler is half the size of yours and im running a spal 13" with a dual core 2" aluminum rad. overheating sucks! i got myself a roll of exhaust wrap. unfortunately im going to wrap that beautiful custom manifold and downpipe but no choice got to solve this problem.

thx man ... I did wrap everything ... It looks really good with the wrap to..
I'm about to put the stock cams back in to see if they could be the cause of the overheating... I wired back my pyro gauge but it seems to be broken .. doesn't go past 400... I'll buy an other one this week ...

I have to figure this out and fix it ... so I can move on to other things ... my interior is stripped, the dash needs to be change, roll cage to paint and minor body work ... and of corse go to the track... ...
