well i had to raise my idle to about 1k to compensate for the drop. After warm and not touched the car stays at a steady 1k. while warming up it goes up and down at a 200 rpm sweep at 1500k.
After a conservitave or spirited drive and i stop at a light the rmps suddenly drop down to 500 rpm then raise back up to 1k or higher, sometimes 1500k. it will proceed to change between 1000k and 1500k and then level off after a minute.
these are all estimates as i am not in my car right now
im running the greddy kit with the blue box if that helps.
edit: also before i raised my idle up and i came to a light, the rpms would drop to like 100rpm and then sweep back up to 750rpm and do a small dance for a while.. sometimes it would even drop below 100rpms at a stop light and just die outright.

Ok this is gonna sound stupid. but swap the plug on your iac sensor with the one on the purge valve sensor. i dunno why but i just did this i 3 cars and now they all idle perfect. 1 was a b16 the other 2 were LS/VTEC's anyways give it a shot and see what happens. oh both these car did what you were saying

by swapping the plug do u mean plug the purge plug on to the iacv or do u mean cut the plug and connect it to the iacv plug??? i tried pluging the purge valve plug into the iacv and it just died. The engine light went on. I knew it was gonna do this but i just tried it since u said it fixed 3 cars.

turboex, could you please elaborate on where to find these valves? I'd assume they're on the intake manifold, but whereabouts? b18b1 here
