Dude, don't worry it'll spool that 60-1...I can blow in the compressor outlet and make it spin so it should spool

You're probably not too far off Cody - I'd estimate 5psi at around 5500rpm maybe even a bit sooner after first gear. Throw in that side-mount with some small ic piping and give it a shot! Heck, I know you've learned there's no way to know if something works until you try it

Actually a guy around here did a mpfi swap stuck a t3/60-1 on the end of a hf manifold with an adapter plate and used a fmu for additional fuel. He still got 7psi at 5300rpms. I was simply amazed he got any boost at all.

well, thats good to hear I was getting 12 psi at 3500 rpm on my h22, so ya. figure 68% displacement from that, multiply by 1.68, and you get 5800 rpm. I wont be running 12 psi, but the lack of head flow will probably take that extra bit up. Thats as thick as my math gets, I was an Engrish dude in High School...

on the Sol? Well, my only costs will be materials, which shouldnt be over $500. Ill be using a civic subframe/suspension for the first mockup, then I decided on custom parts, MAYBE MAYBE MAYBE a suspension setup, front/rear lots of engineering, but I think if I sit down, find the right suspension for my budget, I can do it. Anybody know of a universal suspension? I only need like 2 inches travel at the VERY most...

go with a full coilover setup and then get custom spring rates to match your setup...tein has some really good deals going on

Ive been talking to Kb58(K-mini, mid engine h22 mini cooper tube race car), and yes, I think I want to run a cantilever style suspension at least in the front. THe rear, Im jsut going to use a front suspension setup becasue of simplicity, and room contstraints.
Im trying to find some really nice coilovers that wont break the bank. Actually, Summit has some universal Konis, along with some variable weight springs, that I can order. Either way, thisll be eye-popping to everyone on here. Especially when there are twins(jens car too)

12 psi
Mines going under the knife first. See how hard it is, and to see if we can do hers with OUT cutting the back window. The only problem w/the h/f series, is the alternator is on the FRONT of the engine. This is not good, because it juts out like a mornin wood, and in our cases, right through the rear roll-down window that shes in love with. My only solution to this I think is to move the alternator somewhere behind the engine. Thisll be easy w/a customer tube chassis in the back, nothing to run into besides the engine components

I would do two engines, but once you see my suspension setup, youll be like "Oh ok ". I aint stayin stock suspension up front, only in the back
Oh ya, I have a business to run, which means expansion, which means not too much money for personal things anymore.
Twin engined, 30 psi in each engine would net around 1500awhp. BUT, also around $30k, which I DO NOT HAVE

i bet it felt insane at 12psi before it blew didnt it? What are u going to do about the stock fuel tank? Are u retaining it? Is this going to be street/daily driven? How are u going to route the intercooler? FMIC or Air to Water? I'd say with the right setup... One engine should be enough to accomplsih your goals...Too much money and fabrication to run two engines... NOt worth it IMO

ya, it turned 4th gear into a nice big burnout. It was odd doing htat while goin around 100mph.
I plan on converting my spearco FMIC into a gigantor WAIC. Itll mount in the rear bumper.
The turbo will mount behind the engine, poking slightly above the trunk, and joined w/a nice lil scoop, should be sweet.
What good is building a car of this caliber if you cant drive it?
