Ok recently finished a gsr build having serious problems on power and tq. I have a 84.5mm sleeved block forged internals endyn oil pump and mild ported head stainless valves and dual springs titanium retainers arp head stunds and mains edlebrock manifold 76mm throttle body full-race top mount twin 44mm waste gates gt4088r with a 1.06 turbine. Last year i had the same setup with gsr cams this year i put skunk2 pro 1 cams in it boost is been 10 to 15psi havent boosted it hard should i be with this turbo to acheive the hp goals I want its been between 300hp 287lbs a tq on 12psi with the pro 1s and 375hp 300tq on 12psi with gsr cams also on 15psi i made 420hp 330tq so I guess i lost power running the pro 1s any ideas what i might need to do not trying to be a dumb*** kinda was working my way up on boost i know this thing can handle the boost i no i might need a tunner all tunning on pump 92 gas

Re: GT4088r setup
do you have a dyno graph, makes it a lot easier to analyze with the graph. maybe vtec isnt engaging. 300ftlbs and not making more than 375whp means you arent carrying that torque much past 6500rpms. what are you spinning the motor to?

Re: GT4088r setup
8000 rpms since I put those skunk2 cams in I haven't heard vtec engaging dont have a dyno gragh its a slow pull but not much of a jump were vtec would be I thought it might be the cams elemenated that cross over and sound after 8000rpms it falls off
