Default gt35r ok running low boost?

Is it ok to run a GT35R 70ar compressor housing at less than 1 bar of boost? around 11 or 12 specifically? im looking at the compressor map and it says efficiency range is only above 1.5 bar. would this mean running at 12 psi would damage the CHRA from surge?

heres the link to Honeywells site for the compressor map

I run mine on 7.8psi now .... with no plans to go over 12psi in the future.

goal is 400 whp on stock gsr engine on 93 octane. plan on turning boost down between 8-12 lbs. ( depending on how i feel that morning) for street use lol.

** i know a 35R is a bit big for my goals and it can be easily achieved on a smaller turbo, but i always like room to grow
