Default ATP and Garrett have diff Compressor Maps for the GT28RS -- confusing!

First of all, my specs:

WOT - 8400
PR = 1.41
25 lb/min

75% RPM - 6300
PR= 1.41
18.85 lb/min

50% RPM - 4200
PR = 1.41
12.57 lb/min

Here's Garrett's compressor map for the disco potato:

And here's the map from ATP TURBO, note the Garrett watermark:

What the hell's going on? My numbers fall well into Garrett's own compressor map, yet my full throttle data falls off the chart for ATP turbos's.

How much boost do you plan to run?

I was planning on about 5-6 lbs of boost, whichever would allow for my goal of about 250whp.

The above pressure ratio was calculated with 6 psi though, using the methods we have in our FAQ.

ok, just making sure you were doing the PR calcs right. Alot of people think 1.4 is 1.4 bar of boost.

edit

Alrighty, I used Garrett's guide, and the numbers turned out to be slightly different. Compared to our FAQ's method of computing all this stuff, Garrett includes correction for things like pressure loss in the intake system.

My Numbers now:

Corrected PR - 2.16

27.56 lb/min @ WOT
23.22 lb/min @ Max Torque (5500rpm-ish)

These numbers fall beautifully into the potato's map.
