Default which gt2871 is better for me?

haha i know i even hate these topics, but i figured some people on here may actually have experience with similar setups and might be able to help ease my decision. Doing complex calculations can only get you an estimate of what turbo to use.

i am caught between the gt2871R
Compressor trim:52, 0.60AR, turbine trim:76 0.64 AR
http://www.turbobygarrett.com/...5.htm

or the gt2871r
compressor trim 48, 0.60AR, turbine trim 76, 0.86AR.
http://www.turbobygarrett.com/...1.htm

I am looking to get 300whp on my d16y7, on 91 octane.
Currently i have the gt28R 60, 60. and am at 215whp at 11psi. I would like to upgrade because 300 on my curent turbo would be a stretch of its capabilities specially for 91 octane on my engine.

I would like to have the turbo with the fastest spool and most usable powerband, as i have a stock head which rev lim is set to 7200rpm. I guess i am a bit confused..i would think the second option would have a faster spool, but why does it have a bigger AR on the turbine side?

Any help or opions are greatly appreciated. If you can't help please save your bitching for dr.phil. Thanks!!

He's looking that the variance of the actual compressor wheel size and trim, not simply an exhaust housing change. For the D16y7, the differences are only slight for 300whp.

Keep in mind the second one is setup like an SR20DET turbo, with the 2-bolt compressor outlet and inlet, isntead of the aftermarket-style slip-fit housing.
