its a t3... probably a 50 trim. .42 compressor ar... .48 turbine ar

its also an AiResearch (obviously) but its still a turbo made by Garrett. Looks alot like the ones that come out of saabs. Does it have an ID tag on the back of the compressor side? I've got one in my closet out of a saab 9000... (i think) that has a model number TB0339.
