Re: GSR Turbo (EGLUVN)
I wouldn't go any colder than NGK BKR7E's if you want to run copper.
I recommend iridium for the simple fact that you won't have to change 'em every 3 months like you will copper.

I've run them for 2 years and they work just fine. You do have to change them about every 2 months or so, but its not a big deal...they're like $1.25/each

Re: GSR Turbo (95 civic turbo_gsr)
If I choose to go with Iridium plugs, what kind would be recomended for a B16, Garrett T3/T04B Stage 3 Wheel Turbine A/R .63 & H-3 Trim Compressor A/R .70, 550 RC's and 300-350WHP?

The NGK's are fine and i generally replace them every other oil change just to make 100% sure that my car is in tip top shape. I'm sure you could run them longer...

Re: (EGLUVN)
dude, any parts shop that sells NGK can get 'em. If they tell you they can't, they're being super lazy.

Re: (EGLUVN)
also you need to know the stock# not the actual part#
bkr7e stock # is 6097
bkr7eix stock# is 2667 as stated earlier
and pretty much any autoparts store stocks all of these plugs on the regular you shouldnt be having any trouble
