iv done another leak down and everything from the turbo to the intake mani. gasket is air tight. is it a common problem for the turboxs b.c. to go after a while
i cant think of a reason why all the sudden the boost is 3 psi lower then i had it set at any reason why i shoulnt turnit up? what else should i look for?

take the boost controller out of the equation and see if boost is holding steady.

One side of the boost controller goes to the wastegate, the other side to the turbo housing OR intake manifold. You should really read up on how a boost controller works - you simply replace it with a coupler for the 2 lines it attaches to, and you are back to the WG's 10psi spring. If it can't hold 10psi, its most likely not your turboxs boost controller.
