Default Greddy Type S bov problem..

When it goes of, there is a pshh sound followed by whinny pshh. I tried to adjust the bov by unscrewing the bolt and turning the threaded bolt with allen but it doesn't do anything. Can anyone help? I thought maybe its the way I hooked it up which was a hose to throttle body and another hose to actuator where the smaller nipple of bov is going to actuator and larger nipple to throttlebody... is that correct? thanks a lot.

The greddy bov does make that whiny whistle sound.. That is what its known for. If you don't want to hear it turn the boost up to about 20psi.. it kinda goes away then
