Greddy or Edelbrock turbo?

Greddy or Edelbrock turbo?
Hey guys, I am looking to boost my Civic with a small turbo, at around 7psi, and both of these kits seem to offer the small turbo and sub 200hp I am seeking.
Now, which of these two kits are the better setup? Which of these two kits offer the best engine management? I know the best thing is to chip the ecu and tune via crome, hondata, neptune etc, but I would like to get it setup and running before diving into the ecu.
It seems to me, through my noob eyes, that the Edelbrock kit is more complete, better quality and includes the better engine management. Would you guys agree, or say the Greddy kit is better and includes the better engine management? Thank you.
Also, it seems the Edelbrock kit for the b18c Integra uses the same turbo and everything (other than exhaust mani and intake mani) as the kit for the d16 Civic. Is that right, or am I reading this wrong? lol

Re: Greddy or Edelbrock turbo?
Both kits are great out the box. As for fuel management units you can always switch it up to hondata, Crome, Neptune or whatever your tuner is comfortable with. Can you install the kit (minus injectors) on your stock motor and ecu, sure just stay of boost. Psi is meaningless just focus on how much hp you want to achieve and before you install anything please view the FAQ on this page. The more knowledge you gain the better off you'll be. Also, please don't use the word "best" it's starting to lose its meaning on this site, haha

Which of the two has the best engine management out of the box? I would like to install everything and drive it for a couple hundred miles to make sure everything mechanical is working before diving into the ecu...

DO IT ON ALL FOURS
Re: Greddy or Edelbrock turbo?
Being that both kits have been discontinued for some time I doubt you are going to easily find either of them. BUT IF they were still readily available the Edelbrock is the kit to go with. There really isn't a contest. The reason the Greddy was more popular was due to cost and "easier" to install.

Re: Greddy or Edelbrock turbo?
This is not adding anything of importance to this thread.
Its like someone asking which size tires for their 15x6" wheels, and someone replying with "Is there a reason you want 15's? You could get 18x10's".......... no information, no suggestions, just trying to change someones "wants" into your own "wants"
Or someone asking "which B series for my civic?" then replying with "Why a Honda engine, swap in an LS1" its just stupid.

Forgive me for trying to save you from spending money on a setup that isn't worth it, unless you live in a CARB state.
