GReddy E-Manage trouble code 22 form the E-Manage wtf?? no waste gate sound??
here is the story i got a 1994 civic with a JDM D15B VTEC swap and a freashly installed
GReddy kit. When i first had it running you could hear the waste gate go crazy after
boostin then in 2 or higher gear it would throw a cade and run like *** i assume it was
the MAP and if you shut it off it would e fine the E-Manage would flash red and show the
22 code well that as you know is the VTEC press thingy so i dont know how that
related to the MAP but maby some one does. now i hard a pop and all the sudden you
can boost in every gare with no sputtering and no code! however the E-Manage still
shows taht damn 22 and now there is no sound form the what i assume was the wast
gate! what happende and is it bad?? i am afraid of the excess press that the waste
gate took care of is just lingering to **** sumtin up!! plase help thatnk you all for you
time!
BTW i have searched for like the last 2 days! nothing of much help

go back and double check your wiring! it sounds like maybe there is a lose connection somewhere. good luck!

loks lie tjhe wireing is fine but some of the wire colors dont match up on the ecu as the instruchtions say so like wtf y0 also i was looking on the gredy site and it shows a wires to go into and out of the vetc but it donsent on here i dont know if that is because it is a 92-95 kit or what but any body help!
oh and btw it pulls a lot less now and there is no caode withch leads me to belive that itis at a lower boost so yea

clear something up for me, where are you getting code 22 from, and where are you looking up its meaning. code 22 on the emanage is no injector number 2 pulse and just in case your reading it wrong, code 12 is airflow signal 2 error.

well at first t\i thi\ought it was the vtec then i hooked a light up to it and i checked the emanage support tool and it says that 22 is a inj 2 no sig well turns out the waire was off lol i reconnected it and not it still shows a 22 on the blue box and the boost seems lower as i said does any one have this kit is the wastegate suppost a make sounda or not b/c it was and now it is not so i think it is boosting lower
